RETURN POLICY
NO REFUNDS. ALL jewelry, vintage, antique and SALE items are FINAL SALE.
All other merchandise purchased from shopatgood.com may be returned for store credit only (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts). Merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging within 15 days of purchase, along with the original receipt. Store credits can be applied toward your next purchase and must be used in full for the same value or greater, within one year of purchase date. Thereafter, unused store credit is forfeited.
GUARANTEE & REPAIRS
If for any reason you receive damaged or defective merchandise please contact us immediately upon receipt of delivery and we will replace it. Should your jewelry purchase become damaged or broken, GOOD will make every effort to repair your piece within the first month (30 days) of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. (Customer must pay all shipping and handling fees incurred for transporting item). After one month, GOOD will not be held responsible for damaged or broken jewelry.
