DECEMBER 11 | STUDIO CARTA HOLIDAY EVENT | Saturday, 11-4 PM | Studio Carta's annual Holiday event is back! There once-a-year holiday gathering will be held in person this year, and we'll be joining them and could not be more delighted. Angela & Mohamed will be hosting Susy Pilgrim-Waters with a curated selection of PilgrimWaters textiles, plus a live RaptGiftwrap furoshiki wrapping demo. We’ll also be joining with our edited edited selection of some of our favorite Good gift ideas. Also featured at Studio Carta for the whole month of December, Bespoke wrapping paper from Bowran, Australia, Maria Picci’s Unexpected Textile Jewelry, from Buenos Aires, Argentina, Moontree Letterpress greeting cards from Durham, Pennsylvania, Cambridge based Noat stationery and Palermo Body natural skin care from Brooklyn. We hope to usher in the holidays with you on December 11. Sip on espresso, enjoy local Italian biscotti, and shop small for everyone on your list!

DECEMBER 14 | JOANNE CHANG BOOK LAUNCH | Thursday, 5-7 PM | Joanne Chang, Flour Bakery, debuts her latest cookbook, Pastry Love.  Join us for an evening of conversation, wine, and delicious bites with one of Boston’s most beloved chefs and James Beard Award winner!  Come taste some of these treats—from salted almond chocolate toffee to mini raspberry meringues!—and share the recipes. A personally signed book makes an incredible host/hostess gift. 

DECEMBER 07 | STUDIO CARTA POP-UP | Saturday, 1-5 PM | Join us for a day of holiday shopping and gift wrapping. For one day only we are excited to bring in a mini bazaar of Studio Carta’s exquisite ribbons and accessories. Meet designer Angela Liguori and have her help you find the perfect finishing touches for your holiday packages, all while enjoying an expertly crafted espresso, made by her hubby Mohamed.

DECEMBER 05 | BEACON HILL HOLIDAY STROLL | Thursday 5-9 PM | Ho Ho Ho. Join us and our neighbors for this annual event.  Carolers and shoppers. Free horse and buggy rides, and a brass band are all part of the celebration. Earlier in the day, kids can visit Santa at Hill House fire house, followed by a tree lighting later in the evening.  Santa lights the tree around 7pm on the corner of Charles & Mount Vernon Streets.
