our online return policy

Items purchased from shopatgood.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund*. Items must be unused, unworn and in perfect condition and original packaging. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred for return. We recommend that you use a trackable service.

If you wish to make an exchange, please just place a new order online and return your original item separately. Please know that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

*ALL items purchased 'on sale' in our online shop and brick + mortar shop are FINAL and cannot be exchanged or returned.

*Original artwork, vintage and antique items are FINAL and cannot be returned. | Apothecary items such as fragrance, skincare, soap, candles, room sprays and cleaning supplies are FINAL and cannot be returned.

store credit

Store credits can be applied toward your next purchase and must be used in full for the same value or greater. Store credit expiration is 7 years from date of purchase.

shipping information

Effective March 18th, we will be limiting our shipping days to Tuesdays and Fridays. 

We ship UPS ground and generally ship within two business days from the time your order is received. Please note that UPS ground does not pick up or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays; or on these holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Most shipments arrive within 3 to 6 business days.

Free shipping applies only to online orders of $150 or more before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Please note that some larger or heavy items may not be eligible for free shipping due to the need for extra care and handling.

Gift cards are shipped free, unless a rush delivery is requested.

All items shipped via UPS are insured. However, we are not responsible for incorrect addresses given by customer. If an incorrect “Ship To” address is provided on an order, there will be an additional fee charged to your credit card to reflect the extra fee that UPS charges us.

Signature confirmation is not required for any packages shipped regular UPS ground. If you should require a signature at checkout.

Please note any special delivery instructions (i.e., specific drop off location information) when you place your order.

Sales Tax—Massachusetts residents pay 6.25% sales tax. This tax is exempt for orders under $175 that include any of the following items: clothing, scarves, hats and aprons.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to UPS  tracking number and delivery information.

guarantee + repairs

If for any reason you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately upon receipt of delivery, and we will be happy to replace it. Should your jewelry purchase become damaged or broken, good will make every effort to repair your piece within the first 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees incurred for transporting item. After 30 days, good will not be held responsible for damaged or broken jewelry.
