It’s been 3 years since we started toying with the idea of fermenting maple syrup and honey. The subtle blending of sweet and sour captured our imaginations and we began a seemingly endless journey of experiments in our kitchen and sugarhouse to create the perfect alcohol-free ferment. Today we introduce a completely new and unique product into the world: Cultured Maple Syrup. It’s tangy and sweet and lights up your taste buds with every drop. It’s a product we’ve poured all of our free time and energy into and we’re immensely proud of this first of its kind flavor.
